It is great news for us. As like other countries, India is going to have a new Indian rupees symbol. The above symbol was accepted by the Unicode technical committee. The Indian rupee symbol was designed by MR. D. Udaya Kumar an Indian institute of technology postgraduate. Thank you! Udaya Kumar for your wonderful work.
